Richard spent 15 years as a part-owner and director of a respected mid-sized architectural practice, then ran businesses of his own. That background built a practical understanding of clients, teams, delivery, risk and the thousand decisions that never appear in a management textbook.
He has been working with computers and graphics since the age of thirteen—starting on a VIC-20 and, more recently, building websites, applications, publishing systems, AI workflows, chatbots and generative media. Quietly Better brings those two histories together.
